BILLING NOTICES

Billing Information 

  1. Billings are issued on the first of the month. (Permanent Subscribers - Billed Bi-monthly / Seasonal and Delayed - Billed in April and December.)
  2. Payments are due within 30 days of the billing date. (By the end of the month of billing.)
  3. Interest rates are 2% per month on all overdue accounts.

Water Rates and Charges 

  Permanent Subscribers  
  • Service charge: $45.00 per month (Changed Oct. 1, 2021)
  • Usage charge: $2.87 per cubic meter (effective May 1, 2024)
  Seasonal Subscribers  
  • Service Charge: $310.00 annually (Changed Oct. 1, 2021)
  • Service Charge (RV Campground): $310.00 plus $50.00 per site 
  • Usage Charge: $2.87 per cubic meter (effective May 1, 2024)

Methods of Payment

  • Cheque
  • Cash
  • Debit
  • Internet/Telephone Banking through: Bank of Montreal (BMO), CIBC, Credit Union, Manulife, ScotiaBank, and Telpay.
  • E-Transfer (Email transfer): Can be sent to CRPUB@sasktel.net from any financial institution.
    • When sending an E-Transfer the answer to the security question must be submitted in a separate email PRIOR to the E-Transfer being sent.
    • Please ensure payment is made to the Canora Rural Public Utility Board (CRPUB). Payments to any other organization (R.M. of Good Lake) will not be accepted.
    • Please note that if you do not email the EXACT answer to your security question, we may not be able to accept your payment.

Subscriber Connection and Disconnection 

Water Connection/Disconnection Form

  • The top portion of the form (Water Connection) is required to be filled out along with a $50.00 Connection Fee for change of ownerships or new owners.
  • The bottom portion of the form (Water Disconnection) is required to be filled out if you have sold your property.

Please note that the Canora Rural Public Utility Board is unable to change the customer information on an Utility account unless the Disconnection portion was filled out on the from the previous owner and the new owner fills out the Connection portion of the form. (Note: The Connection and Disconnection portions of the form may be filled out and submitted separately.)
